Grand FinalsThings are different once again at the Virtus. Pro camp as a brand-new line-up was announced. This has been the 2nd adjustment to the team, just happening off of the very first alteration which occurred shortly after their attendance at The International 3. Now Sergey ‘ARS-ART’ Revin is set to rejoin the team and be reconciled with his previous Na’vi teamate, Dmitriy ‘LightOfHeaven’ Kupriyanov. The team will now move onward without the assistances of Artur ‘Goblak’ Kostenko and Roman ‘Resolut1on’ Fominok.
The big headline is the return of Sergey ‘ARS-ART’ Revin who left behind the team quickly after TI3. He is paired back up with Dmitriy ‘LightOfHeaven’ Kupriyanov, providing a wealth of harmony and experience from their time invested in Na’vi. LightOfHeaven also made it clear that it is his expressed passion to perform consistently in every tournament, not just once a year around a large tournament like The International.
With the departure of Artur ‘Goblak’ Kostenko and Roman ‘Resolut1on’ Fominok, the team will now return to being a full Russian line-up. Each players at present will set to be free agents.
Here is what their manager shared about the changes: (Translation).
Unfortunately the five players who were assembled in the beginning of September failed to show the most important quality – a desire to work with each other in spite of all difficulties and different understanding of the game. Everyone was guilty in his own way. We would like to wish Arthur and Roman all the best – it was a pleasure to work and communicate with you. Today we are announcing four players who are ready to go all the way and trust in each other’s skills. Guys have known each other for a while, they are aware of weaknesses and strengths their teammates have which will benefit their cooperation in the beginning. For all of us they are stars of both DotA and Dota 2, therefore we hope that they will succeed. They need your support like they’ve never did before.
